I offer a variety of fun exercise classes that help people to get fit, tone up and lose weight. Any of my classes will help accelerate weight loss when paired with a clean diet. What you eat is very important if you are trying to manage your weight as you can’t out train a bad diet.

I always recommend Metafit for anyone wanting to lose weight and burn fat as it is such an effective workout. The only way you won’t get results with Metafit is if you stop coming to class. Its a hard workout but its over and done with in only 30 mins and soon you will be stronger, leaner and fitter. You don’t have to be fit to get started with Metafit as there are easier regressions of all of the exercises that you can adopt until your fitness level increases.
If you are looking for a fun workout that does not feel like exercise then you have come to the right place. Get ready to party nightclub style when the kids have gone to bed and dance your way to fitness with your girlfriends. It really is like a night out without the heels, hangover or cheesy chat up lines!!
Another class that is also referred to as exercise in disguise is Zumba. If you love music and dancing with lots of variety then this is the class for you. Zumba has been helping people all over the world to get fit, tone up and lose weight since it was launched back in the 90’s.
If you feel a bit unfit and are around during the day, Zumba Gold classes are the ideal place to get started. These classes are suitable for anyone to attend who needs a slower paced class. I have even had a few pregnant ladies who have joined the class before now!
80’s Total Body Tone
If you can escape at night for some ‘me’ time and you love 80’s music and want to tone up, you will love this class! Like Clubbercise, it is more like being on a night out with the girls and you can sing along to the best hits of the 80’s which will leave you feeling happy and energised! Don’t forget your leg warmers!!
